- You have 7 days from the delivery of the product to return or exchange your purchase;
The product must be in the original packaging, without any signs of use, and accompanied with the tax invoice, all the accessories included, and with the second-track tax invoice;
- All products returned to Studio Andrea Saladini on account of defect will undergo a previous technical analysis in order to verify the existence of manufacturing fault;
- Studio Andrea Saladini reserves the right to not be held responsible for any items that are attached incorrectly to the product or any accessories that do not belong to the product that is being exchanged/returned.
In case you notice any unconformities at the time of delivery, we ask you to refuse the product:
- Open or damaged packaging;
- Damaged product;
- Product not as per ordered;
- If you receive the product, you must request the return within 72 hours from the delivery of the product.
